The Trustees and Management Committee will ensure that:

- Data is process for specific purpose only.
- Data is relevant to what it is needed for.
- Data is accurate and kept up to date.
- Data is not kept longer than it is needed.
- Data is processed in accordance with the rights of individuals.
- Data is kept securely and confidentially.
You have the right to ask what information is held on you, and to check that it is accurate. Request for access should be sent to the secretary.
